The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Return Policy
- Returns are accepted, postage paid by customer, within 10 days with Return Authorization only. Returned items must be unopened and unused. If items are found to be opened or used they will be returned to you at your cost. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No- Restocking fee will be charged for exchanges- but you will need to pay the shipping cost (back to us and then to you again for the exchanged item). Make sure to ship your product with tracking or confirmation. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit. Sizzix Dies are not returnable unless they are defective. All sales are final on Cricut machines, Software (including Image CD's) and Silhoette Machines. If your machine is defective - Provo Craft or Pazzles will take care of it thru the warranty. Please contact us at Customerservice@scrapadoodle.com for defective returns on any other items. They may need to be handled thru the Manufacturer. (Manufacturers need to know of defective items to help prevent any production errors in the future).No goods will be accepted for exchange OR return without authorization. Packages received without authorization will be refused.
